- What is the capacity of the facility?
250 guests for an indoor event.
- What hours are included in the rental?
8:00am - 11:30pm
- Is rehearsal time included?
Yes, we allot 3 hours (6:00pm-9:00pm) on a weekday prior to your wedding for rehearsal.
- Is my date available?
Call or text Belle Brooke Ranch at (740)586-5860 or email us at bellebrookeranch@gmail.com to check availability.
- What is the rental fee for weddings/receptions?
Rates vary based on the day.
- When is the deposit due?
The deposit is due when you sign the rental contract. The final payment is due 6 months prior to your event.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount.
- Will there be another wedding the same day?
No, one wedding per day.
- Do we have ample parking?
Yes, we have ample parking for 100 vehicles. Vehicles cannot be left overnight.
- What is included in the rental fee?
These items are included in your rental fee: climate-controlled facility, indoor chairs and tables, set up of indoor chairs and tables, prep kitchen, bridal suite, groom's room, bar, and indoor restrooms.
- Is Belle Brooke Ranch handicap accessible?
Yes, we are handicap accessible.
- Do you have a wedding day coordinator?
We will have a staff member on site throughout the day of your event.
- Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc.?
No, we do not provide these items at this time.
- Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes, this list is available upon request.
- Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, but no glass bottles please.
- Can we have fireworks on the property?
Open flame is not permitted inside the venue. Sparklers are allowed for outside use only. All other fireworks are not permitted.
- Do you allow animals as part of the ceremony?
Sorry, no pets allowed at this time with the exception of service animals.
